shipping information:cry wolf currently uses ups for all shipping. ups ground typically takes between 5-7 business days from the time the product ships. rates are determined by weight and destination at point of purchase. crywolfny.com does not ship multiple addresses per order, ship to p.o. boxes, or apo/fpo addresses. orders are processed monday through fridays excluding holidays. orders received on weekend days, holidays and after 1pm E.S.T. will begin processing the next business day. shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. orders are not delivered on the weekends or on federal holidays

international shipping:
international orders are shipped ups global express. make your purchase and the shipping rates will be determined by weight and destination. shipping takes 5-7 business days (depending on the destination) and can be tracked with a ups global tracking number.

verification: for some international orders, we may require for your protection to confirm the billing address with the issuing bank of your credit card. this will be done prior to your order being shipped. in some cases, we may contact you to request a photocopy or scan of your credit card (front and back) and a government issued photo id with your name and address (this address must match your billing address). this information can be sent via fax or email. if this is the first time you are ordering with us, you can submit this information upon completion of your order to speed up the processing time. if you are a returning customer using the same billing information, the above verifications will not be required.

 

customs: customs in the destination country of an order are the sole responsibility of the customer. this includes additional fees, taxes, import fees, surcharges and tariffs. unfortunately, cry wolf cannot determine the amount (if any at all) that will be charged by the destination country.
(cry wolf does not receive any money collected from customs fees. 
if the customs fees are not paid by the customer, it will be returned to cry wolf. we will be held responsible for this return shipment and will accordingly deduct the original shipment charge, return shipment charge and any additional customs charges prior to issuing a refund of the original order).

same day messenger delivery:  this service is available in new york city. a flat rate shipping fee will apply. for deliveries within manhattan below 96th street there is a $30 fee. for deliveries in manhattan above 96th street and in brooklyn, queens and the bronx there is a $50 fee. unfortunately at this time messenger delivery to staten Island is unavailable. if you would like messenger delivery, please note your request in the special instructions box during the checkout process and select messenger delivery in the shipping options. orders must be received by 2:30pm est to be eligible for same day messenger delivery. orders received after 2:30pm est will be sent via messenger on the next business day (monday through friday). a final receipt will be sent with your order reflecting the final total including shipping.

Placing an order.
1) browse through the site until you find the item you wish to purchase.
2) from the product page select the size / quantity you’d like and click add to basket to add it to your cart.
3) you may repeat step 2 by clicking the “click to continue shopping” link and adding more items to your cart for purchase or continue.
4) once you’ve added all the items that you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process, verify your order, shipping information, billing information and place your order. you will then receive an order confirmation email, and then an email once your order has been shipped. adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later date. if the item you want sells out before you proceed through checkout, a notice will pop up in step 2 of checkout and the item will be removed from your cart.

discounts: 
if you have a discount code, please enter the code in the specified area.

sold out items: although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. if we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail with an estimated timeline for shipment and changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

sale info: all items on sale for 30% off or greater is final sale and therefore may not be returned. merchandise marked down 40% or greater must be considered “as is”. although we try our hardest to keep all of our goods in perfect condition there may be small flaws, stains, sewing errors, missing tags, etc.
changing the order. you can send changes to customerservice@crywolfny.com changes can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
checkout questions. occasionally you may experience some bumps in your shopping experience. if you're not sure about what to do next to complete your order, try going to your shopping cart to re-orientate yourself. in most cases, you'll get back on track and easily complete your order. if you continue to have trouble with your order, please call us at 1-212-995-9653 (1-8PM est) and we will be glad to take your order over the phone.

. all orders billed to the state of new york will be charged a sales tax of 8.375% to all orders over $110.  please see international shipping policies for details on fees associated with international orders.

privacy policy. cry wolf is committed to your privacy. we collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. the information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. cry wolf does not store your credit card information.
we will never sell, rent or share your personal information with a third party without your consent. our process is set up to assure you that your personal information is handled in a safe, secure and responsible manner.
secure shopping: all of your online transactions are encrypted and secure in addition to our very current fraud protection programs. 
we use some of the best technology available to protect your information. it is our top priority to keep your information completely confidential. In order to purchase an item from crywolfny.com you are asked to enter your e-mail address and create a password. once you have logged in, ssl technology (secure sockets layer) is employed to insure the security of your transaction. ssl technology functions by encrypting the information you enter and communicating through a secure server.. you can check verify that the ssl certificate is active by looking for a closed lock or unbroken key at the bottom of your browser window. this lock or key indicates the security of your connection. 
In some cases an order will be placed on a security check. this means that there may be additional steps we must take to ensure the security of your order. in some cases we will require you to give us additional information to complete processing your order. this may mean you faxing us your driver's license or other government issued id and/or matching credit card to assure you are the holder of the card. this is done to insure your protection and security and is not done in all cases. you will be contacted via email if further identity verification is required.

in order to protect customers to the fullest extent, crywolfny.com does not store your credit card information at any time.
the mailing list: we selectively send out emails announcing new merchandise, sales and events we think may be of interest to you. if you do subscribe to our mailing list and decide you no longer would like to receive it, you can of course unsubscribe by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any e-mail you receive from us. return policy. all returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. merchandise must be returned with all original tags attached, unwashed, and unaltered. Shoes and handbags must be returned in their original packaging without any visible signs of use, bending or other damage. all sale items over 30% are final sale. upon receipt of returned merchandise, cry wolf has the right to deny credits if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements. please notify us by email (returns@crywolfny.com) before sending the items back all items sent back without notification will not be accepted.
all returns must be authorized by crywolfny.com.
please send a return request to returns@crywolfny.com with purchase order (the number located on your receipt) and specific items requesting to be returned.                                       you will receive an answer with a return authorization # from crywolfny.com. complete the merchandise return form (sent with original package) and enclose with your return. all articles that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time in one single shipment. pack and securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible and mark your ra# on the outside of the box. send pre-paid, insured and trackable to:  cry wolf - returns and exchanges

shipping charges are non-refundable and cry wolf does not cover the cost of return shipping.
cry wolf will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
when your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. we will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2-weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
damaged / mis-shipped items
. if you receive incorrect or damaged items, you must notify us within three (3) days of receipt to be eligible for a return.
international returns
. international returns and exchanges will be accepted up to 20 days after the shipping date. the same requirements for domestic returns and exchanges regarding the condition of the goods. please fill out our merchandise return/exchange form (this form was also included with your shipment) and include it with your return-shipment. cry wolf is not responsible for return-shipment packages until they are received by us. as such, we recommend that you select a shipping option with insurance and tracking.

gift certificates: gift certificates are available in any amount. if you would like your gift certificate shipped directly to the recipient, please specify an alternate shipping address when ordering and put your gift message in the ‘gift message’ box available during the check out process.
if you are a lucky person who has received a gift certificate, please determine how you would like to apply it and phone your order in directly to 212-995-9653. please be sure to have your gift certificate handy as we will need some information from it to verify it’s authenticity.
gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only at any time. gift cards can be used online or in-store. unused value cannot be redeemed for cash. lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced without the original receipt. gift cards are not credit/debit cards and have no implied warranties. we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards. all applicable polices for return, exchange and shipping apply.
